Two Ohio witnesses watched a "black circle" in the night sky March 1 with odd after effects, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The reporting witness says he first noticed "a strange lack of noise" in the area and then a "high pitched sound," which caused him to look up and see the object.

Saw one like this once. Would not have even realized it was above me except I noticed there were no stars, just in that area of the sky. I mean NONE. Plenty elsewhere though.

Hey Sara!

It's funny to see a story about a Black Circle instead of a Black Triangle.

I'm the first one to point "project blue-beam" and/or "earth-made" when people talk about triangle UFOs, but this one does actually make sense.

I wonder if the guys that were there are now feeling any ill effect from it.
Old stories always talked about something similar to radiation poisoning, but that seemed to just stop in more recent close sightings.
