I didn't get to watch half-time or much of the 3rd quarter and I couldn't make a judgement from what little they played on the radio broadcast.

What strikes me the most is what it says about today's so called talent that they feel the need to keep going after "classic" talent like the Stones, Paul McCartney and the Who for the half -time show.

The much touted commercials were a bit flat this year too, I thought.

The Letterman/Oprah/Leno was pretty good, the Doritos dog collar was funny, as were a couple of the Denny's chicken spots. The E-trade commercials were amusing; but on the whole, it was a crappy class this year, I thought.

I didn't watch the show or commercials. I did hear The Who singing... it sounded like they were grunting out the words! They were having trouble with the vocals, I think.

Live shows usually suck. But I think they did pretty well for a bunch of old dudes who like to rock out. And the stage set was awesome, would loved to have been there.
