Spiler alert, even though this was obvious from the start. The reason Obama didn't poll higher is because the bottom feeders that would usually blindly vote a guy like him in are more than likely not willing to pay the 40 bucks to get a voter ID. That cushioned the blow for ol' Mormon Osbourne.
