GOVERNMENT MOTORS AND TOYOTA - TERMINAL
HERE, WE SEEM TO FOCUS ON POLITICS OR BANKS, SEEING, TOO BIG TO FAIL VERSUS "WHO THE HELL IS HE"

BUT IF YOU LOOK AROUND, DIG A BIT DEEPER, LOOK BEYOND THE HEADLINES, YOU WILL FIND MORE DEATHS AND TERMINAL DECLINES.

I JUST HELPED A FRIEND CHOOSE A NEW CAR.

VERY VERY DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY AS THE MALAYSIAN MARKET IS SO SKEWED WITH LOCAL ASSEMBLED KITS AND 300% TAXES.

TAKE IS AS YOU WILL, BUT BARING IN MIND THE GM PROBLEMS AND TOYOTA RECALLS INCLUDING THE MOST RECENT 6 MILLION VEHICLE RECALL, ALL IS NT WELL IN CAR LAND.

DEAD

CUE MONTY PYTHON PARROT SKETCH

TOYOTA, GM AND HONDA

IN INTENSIVE CARE

VOLKSWAGON ( LUCKY THEY HAVE AUDI)

MAZDA

IMPRESSIVE RESURRECTION

FORD, BOY IF WHAT I SAW WAS GLOBAL, THEY HAVE SOME FRIENDS IN HIGH PLACES. IN UK FORD WERE FAMOUS FOR GAS GUZZLERS EVEN AT BASIC LEVEL. 2-0 LITRE CAR, DOING 5L PER 100 KM, THATS IMPRESSIVE.

HYUNDAI

WINNER

PEUGEOT, SPACY, SUBLIME SUSPENSION, RIGHT TOYS, QUALITY OF BUILD, CALM AND CLASS EXTERIOR DESIGN, NO SHOCK JOCK LINES.PRICE.

CONCLUSION

GM PRODUCTS HERE ARE A JOKE, TOYOTA MARKET LEADERS CAUSED CUSTOMERS TO FLEE SHOWROOM DUE TO DIRE OFFERINGS OF LATEST MODELS. NEEDED A DRINK.

HOWS IT LOOK IN THE USA HOME OF GOVERNMENT MOTORS?

ford is a good manufacturer. they offer all types of vehicles. the fiesta gets 35 mpg or so. they offer larger vehicles for those that can afford to drive them. ford has it together. you can get 250k miles out of a modern ford without unreasonable repair and maintenance costs.

Judge Thyself.

THE FORD FOCUS GOT MY VOTE, INCREDIBLE PACKAGE AND ONLY 5 LITRES OF FUEL PER 100 KM FROM A 2 LITRE ENGINE.

A PERFECT DRIVERS CAR ONLY DRAWBACK WAS A/C AND SPACE DESIGNED TO WRAP AROUND, IE. NOT SO BIG, TYRES A BIT ON THE SKINNY SIDE FOR THE POWER ON OFFER

BEAT ALL THE COMPETITION BY A WIDE MILE EXCEPT FOR ONE.

HONDA DESIGN PEOPLE HAVE GONE ON HOLIDAY, NEW CIVIC LEFT WE THINKING WHAT THE F...., ESPECIALLY INSIDE AND DASH WHICH LOOKED LIKE A ROCK SHELF FROM GRAND CANYON.

CITY HAD ALL THE TOYS BUT JUST DUMPED IN, AS IN SHIT WHERE WILL WE FIT THAT.

Seems like what is needed is a rugged car that gets good gas mileage and that is easy to maintain. GM is doing ok in the states but they are moving product by offering financing to buyers who couldn't qualify a year ago.

Cars use a motor which works on principles that have not changed in hundred years and they cannot make a car last 20 or 30 years.

Why don't we have many different types of engines and fuels? I thought the market works like that. Bring competition, diversity, best product for lowest price possible.

This oil, fossil fuel tyranny is not good for the economy, for life and for freedom.

Time is a great teacher, unfortunately it kills all it's pupils.

VERY TRUE INDEED. PETROL OR DIESEL AND ONE MAKER USES THE ROTARY ENGINE (MAZDA)

IS THE TIME RIGHT FOR MICRO TURBINE AND OR TESLA. BOTH GREAT AND VERY SIMPLE BEASTS.

BUT DONT FORGET THE BASICS.

TEAR MY HAIR OUT, THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING CAR SEATS FOR OVER 100 YEARS AND STILL CANNOT DO IT IN MOST CASES.

FORGET ALL THE GLORY STUFF, CANNOT THOSE GUYS GET TOGETHER, BRAIN STORM AND JUST ELIMINATE THE STUPID BASIC FLAWS.

I also agree that Hyundai has done an incredibly great job this past decade in building wonderful products at a price that people can afford.

I like Hyundais.

THE VOLKSWAGON WAS A SHOCK, CAME A CLEAR EASY SECOND LAST.

GEAR BOX DESIGNED BY NASA, GOOD.

COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER, ( DASH AND TOYS) DESIGNED BY A RAILWAY ENGINEER PRETENDING TO BE A CLIMATE SCIENTIST TIME TRAVELING FROM 1980.

INTERIOR

DESIGNED AND INSTALLED BY A RETIRED JUTE WEAVER FROM CALCUTTA WHO HAD DIED AND GONE TO PURGATORY.

PRICE

IN A MARKET WHERE DISCOUNTS ARE IMPOSSIBLE, 20% IS THE OPENING OFFER. EVEN SO STILL OVER PRICED AND OVER HERE.

RE: GOVERNMENT MOTORS AND TOYOTA - TERMINAL
GM makes the best auto on the planet for the money. (with exception of other USA brands Ford & Chrysler) There are no other v8 with the performance for that price & quality.

Imports are not only not of similar quality they helped destroyed the entire global economy, all done deliberately.

I drive a GM and simply am not in the market for another vehicle. Consumerism, always buying is something learned from the TV. Of course the cheap rice burners are disposable and need to be replaced often. This should be factored into the total cost.

The Volt is the game changer. Every other car company is trying to catch up with their own model. Don't believe me???? Look for one car company that is not in development of their own electric vehicle, G.M. is working on their second model.
