Kind of a strange dinner.
The meatloaf was left over, and the cabbage was in need of use or it might have gone bad.

I had corned beef and Yukon golds with my cabbage. Funny that a lot of people are eating cabbage. Tomorrow night is kraut and dogs.

My wife likes to slice it in 1/8's and fry it in oil and butter.

I slice it and fry it in butter with salt and pepper and I threw in a little celery seed.
