In pretrial motions, which were subsequently barred from being argued before the jury, Forchion challenged the constitutionality of the state’s criminal code now that New Jersey has a Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana law that recognizes the benefits of cannabis.

About time.

Next stage is to go over every case ever with a fine tooth comb and start doing the Judges and Lawyers of Moral fraud and legal fraud. They get away with so much because they are all on the same team on hand washes the other. Keeping us from knowing the law in it's entirely should be considered a crime and is at least a moral crime.

Time to remove these parasites and their contract laws from society all together.
Give everyone a gun and show them how to use it, the amount of people who will start to remember their manners will rise dramatically.

Jury Nullification

The government decides what you can do to your own vessel. They own you.

I posted a thread about jury nullification some liberal forum, and at least a few of these "freedom-loving" liberals hated the whole jury nullification thing.
