I have my survival list ready

i have few hundred cans of assorted can foods plenty of water , 1 gun plenty of ammo, for hunting, 50 pound bags of salt and pepper, 100 pound bag of flower.
walkie talkies, rope, solar charges, solar flashlights, solar cookers,
maps gps. with downloaded maps it has the option of being live, or use the d/l maps;
solar wind turbine, 2 solar panels on my roof, 3 in yard, security cameras all over my property. i am looking into getting a higher powered gun like a 50 cal.

I have built a creek bed from the river to my house the river is 2 miles away,
i am currently using the river water to run my toilets inside my house,
i am trying to convert the water to clean, for my sink,
I have steel spikes around the creek so nobody can get in that way,
almost finished with the electric fence

i have dug holes throughout my property and placed special cut steel spikes in there,

i have a trip lines that will set off my loud speaker and alertt me there is a trespasser

i also want to know
how long can i keep human meat stored in a freezer, if no electric how could i keep the meat cool and not rot out,

If this does get bad i will capture walkers looking for a place to lay there head,
i will use log chains and chain them up so they can't walk 20 or 30 feet out of my yard, they will be bunking on make shift beds from leafs, and i would make them work for little scraps of food, When they get wore out after months of intense working, i would cut the meat that is left on them, and store, i have posted some of this here but not all of it.

am i missing anything. Please tell me what i am missing, i have so much money i got when my mother died

If you are serious, I would not eat human meat.

Who knows what diseases/toxins it would contain, and how it would affect you.

Sounds pretty close to me. Salt cure is the way to go. You might consider a perimeter of trusted meaty looking friends with good glass. Be thinking about clear cutting for a considerable distance in all directions, some of those free-rangers might be taking some pretty long pokes at you.
