Incorrect. It isn't talking about the ark at all, but rather the celestial cherubim. "God's throne is in heaven, and earth is His footstool."

The cherubim are the same as the four beasts in revelation and of Ezekiel's vision. Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus. The four fixed signs of the zodiac.

I do not think however the op is asking for an explanation of this though but want's to know what the meaning of "earth be moved" and "removed" means.

There are not too many places where Cherubim are mentioned. One of which is in the Garden of Eden. Another is on the Ark of the Covenant.

The earth has been around for 4-5 billion years. There are only so many things that can happen to the earth itself. The only logical explanation is the great flood.
