Any style is useless against an opponent you can't See.
Try sword fighting a Demon. Better yet, try and sword fight a Bumble Bee. Guaranteed you will never hit it. Try 2 swords, you will Still Never hit it.
10 Planet Jujitsu and MMA. Then add Weapons Skills
Train in Blind Arts if you want to fight those you can't see.
Learn to throw any weapon at any range.
Even a toothpick can stick into wood. A needle can pierce glass.

Effective = Krav Maga Jhikpghf

If you're going to use something like this, look at kenpo first. It's an actual martial art.

uh i kinda got a dim mark as a tat...pressure point take downs...of course they might die but hey,you dont fight them again...study pressure points, its all you need beside my 3 rules...hit that artery in the neck,1 second blackout..the thumb is your weapon, make hard fist ,place thumb upon your bent index finger when you strike..make hard fist and follow through...

a german once repeated> if we tell the lies loud enough and long enough then the sheeple will believe them...yeah right good luck with that as we wake the sheeple..

MMA or UFC ≠ real life

You don't see it in MMA and UFC because it's a combat art your opponent is not meant to walk away as most strikes are to critical parts of anatomy and the reason more and more special forces are starting to train in it...

It's not about knocking a guy down or getting him to tap out, it's about killing your attacker or attackers before they kill you.

Next time try a couple google searches maybe read something before you try to sound like you know what you're talking about.

I knew this. Which is why I suggested kenpo instead. Kenpo is an actual martial art, and just as lethal as km. No martial artist aspires to murder their opponents.

It's not murder when it's self defense...

Have you looked into savate?

I have not, elaborate please!

I remember it evolving from old street fighting styles using kicks and even jackets to quickly succumb an opponent. Here is a quick example

if they cant see(poke eyes out) they cant fight back,,if they cant breath(punch to throat) they cant fight back..if they cant walk(kick knee inward fold it backwards) they cant fight..those are my 3 'rules' i taught my daughters...you just have to be fast, not strong...

Thats fantastic that you taught your daughters that. If it was a fight to the death these would surely come in handy.
all fights are to the death if you dont want to fight them again..

I guess you`re right but i was simply thinking about small fights, bar fights or fights in other public venues. If someone breaks into my huse they wont live to tell the story.

epic...thanks

I love the part where the Beast is picking his nose and says "this doesn't make sense" chuckle

Do you have the scene where the guy uses defense as his offense eventually slinging the two musicians into a ying yang symbol? That's my idea of an effective fighting style, using the opponents momentum against them
