Did you wake up tired?
Last night... A New X-FLARE: sunspot AR1598 has erupted, (Oct. 23rd at 0322 UT) with a strong X1-class solar flare. NASA's Solar flare with a extreme ultraviolet flash.
Breathe.... Rest.... Drink water.... get your bare feet on the ground .... stay peaceful and in your heart. More transformational light is coming to humanity right now!

I've certainly had a supper strong sad memory view and release day today ...

I do hope many did not take their lives with this energy from feeling sad and with drawn, but not knowing it is like a tide, a flood that brings the hidden muck to the surface inside. please don't feel alone, or thrash about, for these moments are best for reflective solitude and inner working through.

at worst ... let some crying happen, block its release not, for its like the garden hose washing the dirt off, for girls and boys alike, and even if you are apt to notice, you will see some animals doing same, just as planet will be releasing too, in her stages.

this is the energy wave in effect of the sun, will multiply very much over the course of living, keep releasing, as you can do this and stay balanced and focussed and peaceful, this is anchoring the light in the now and the past as well as the future in the quantum.

Depression is like being squeezed like a sponge, no energy, no hope in thinking, just empty, no energy to even make a rope to hang, when you feel like this, just sit their and view the thoughts and let them go.

squeeze it out in big sobs or the heavy thud of sorrow grease the heart pump ejects that wells and furrows the chin and throat till you feel like a dam about to burst, only no cracks appear to let the flow be a torrent.

Hope fully, in this inner discourse your thoughts and shared communications have included the angelic guides, hopefully you have asked them to help in removing this old not needed energy, and very hopefully you felt some middle eye fiddling on your brow, which you may of thought to brush with your hand.

but did you notice a lessening of the weight of the mental burdens. Well I hope you did, for its what happens when you do ask, so please please please don't be alone in these aches and pains of body mind and heart, for we are not seen by you as yet, and we are standing right with you as you read this. we are your dearest friends and guides. and we can't do too much if you don't ask for help, we are energy so we can handle energy.

never be shy if you ask us to remove the burden of a energy that comes to your minds. it may be an energy of a matter or connection from so far back its just trash in the DNA collections, and this energy is put as close as the mind can, too a representational experience.

as a human collective forming a group mind complex in the energy level of connection. you all feel much in a movement like a wave, you may think when something extraordinary happens on the world level, the news of it flows linear as the day time arises, but this is not so.

like a splash in a pond, it spreads from area over and through, including above and bellow as well as all throughout. So in the darkest of places when one feels alone in total. its squeeze squeeze, ... so do ask for help. Please Angels if you are there, in service I ask for help, Help me to remove these feelings and disruptive energies from my systems, please do this now so I can reach balance for the better of all. you don't need to put an amen on it as its you asking for service divine in action, its not a petition of view to the service of christ. these are your guides right with you, you speak or think and they hear your words and thoughts all the time, like a radio in the background all day.

I feel like HELL! I am utterly fatigued. I don't even have the energy to barely type this. I feel constipated but I'm not. Hungry as hell though. Thanks for sharing. I really have begun to think I was losing it for some period of time now. I knew the sun was affecting me but I didn't know how much.

So am I supposed to feel good when this is over? I'm in pain. Literally.

yes, and asking our guides to wash the energy away as we bring it up through us, and it works. if some wish to use the name they feel best with in asking, then do so, for it is never really the name, the intent and love always Heartflowers
