OLD RICH Filthy NASTY People Want to STEAL Your
YOUNG Healthy BODY so they can Live Longer!

They'll have millions of them to use when the Noahide decapitation program gets rolling.

I'm thinking about Kraft Delux Macaroni and Cheese. With a with a healthy salad of course.

No, the odd thing is that people are compelled to eat MORE ultra-processed food. You missed that point.

Nobody has time to make real food unless your in a relationship. Most people today live alone and must do everything for themselves. Most of us don't have the choice to find a partner since everyone's expectations are so high.

I actually enjoy cooking, so it's not especially hard to do.

most cooking doesn't really take much longer than warming up readymade or ordering a pizza and waiting for delivery

This is correct. People overeat ultra processed food. In the study, people were gaining two pounds a week.

the study confirms my observations
and I have a theory what's causing the overeating: artificial aromas
by smell and taste our body knows which nutrients to expect and prepares accordingly
artificial aromas are cheating and leave the body hungry for the faked nutrients
