~Watching the Trip~

Big ol' smell, in a dusted caravan...
heels held the wood,
carved by a working man.
'tween his lips,
a hand-rolled cigarette...
the smoke he breathed, a symbol of regret.
Sun-dried brow, dirty elbows,
spitting with the company of his travel companion...
to the gallows.
Made his mark on the earth,
with a tear stained plow.
So much for his woman,
so much for his worth...
planting as much hate,
as his thumping best mate.
Take the path of solitude, to the river of pride...
'round the corner of loss,
past the prairie divide.
go long towards the east,
curl with the coyote...
and ride the old beast.

The fruit

of the tree

of null edge

The surest way

through a wormhole

Is inside of a Klein bottle.

If you thought that was hard.

You never tried getting out alone.

She knows her entire universe is just a mere Klein Bottle

And the cooperative computer argues in the dark

While the ones futilely search for matches

As the siren wails through the halls

The problem with men and women is that some women can't see less than the kids moving out.

And men sometimes think that foreplay is about how many seconds they have to wait.

THE SIREN WAILS

The orange door hinges open with a hauntingly sorrowful sigh

She knows her entire universe is just a mere Klein Bottle

And the cooperative computer argues in the dark

While the ones futilely search for matches

As the siren wails through the halls

RE: {Poetry}
I may have written the world's longest limerick, but I don't want to take the time to dredge it out of my memory right now, so I'll leave with this one which I have yet to title, maybe somebody can help me out there?

Drove myself to the ragged edge
pushed to hard, departed the ledge.
Always heard it wasn't the drop
more to the point,
it was that sudden stop!

That I guess we'll have to wait and see
figure I got about a count of three.
To whom it may concern,
coming up on terminal velocity

Hey! maybe I can angle towards that bushy tree?
Well, since I'm typing this you probably figured out I didn't wind up dead.
And you'd be right, I'm just fine,
I landed on my head!

It's the Environment, stupid.

Why the hidden rose?
One so slight, midnight hose…
A lost love into the night?
Come into the light.
What handsome fare ‘neath
Silken cloth so white?

I think it could use a title but, Thank You for enjoying! No matter how snarky my posts may get, I can only hope that somebody out there, or up there is enjoying. Once again, I appreciate your appreciation.

The fruit

of the tree

of null edge

The surest way

through a wormhole

Is inside of a Klein bottle

If you thought that was hard

You never tried getting out alone

Simply looking in a mirror won't work

Like getting out of a hypercube easy way

Or break it open with anything known to man

You have to make an orange door hinged wrong

Appear right there made out of nothing but thin air

I promise I would tell you how if I knew how to myself

But it really, really is you so you already knew didn't you

The orange door hinges open with a hauntingly sorrowful sigh

She knows her entire universe is just a mere Klein Bottle

And the cooperative computer argues in the dark

While the ones futilely search for matches

As the siren wails through the halls

Blissful without a single end

Ever within her sight
