Anyone Else Trying Out Disney Plus?

Am trying out the free week on Disney Plus (for 1 cent)

Am not impressed. Very little content I haven't seen before on Netflix.

From my understanding there will be less Disney on Netflix in the future, but for now it's not worth 7 euro a month.. imho.

And I love Disney!

We already have Netflix and Prime (which is too much and we don't use it all) so we will not be wasting any money on the Disney thing.

I only watch tv around bedtime, otherwise it's music..

Why would anyone here or anywhere pay Disney (Eisner) let alone watch any of it's productions?

I watched 2 Avengers movies last night (which aren't available on Dutch netflix (yet))

Now I have a hard time finding something else to watch.

Well worth the 1 cent but not going to subscribe..

RE: Anyone Else Trying Out Disney Plus?
I love Disney too and even I don't believe it's worth it.

People will find ways to watch their stuff. They already have the dvds more than likely, and there is a channel called Freeform that airs a bunch of disney movies already (unless they stop), and you know...less reputable sites if they can't afford the comforting availability luxury.

If people want it then no problem, but recently I saw images of text where people are annoyed at all of these streaming services popping up and don't want to pay for multiple services.

It's almost becoming like micro-transactions in games, cash grabbing.
I understand they need to make their money but these things are like extra extra when they already make a lot of money.
Most of us into these companies are broke af thanks to living costs. Sigh

I love Marvel, Pixar and Disney movies. Thought it was worth a test.

Jhikpghf

I have a youtube music subscription and a TV subscription. Sometimes I cancel my TV subscription and reactivate my Netflix subscription and vice versa. Have to be picky with my subscriptions because of those damn living expenses lol.

They're really cracking down here in NL on downloading movies, music, etc.

Not worth risking a huge fine. And instead of the costs of VPN services I might as well just subscribe. Not having to search for stuff on shady streaming and torrent sites is added bonus. 1dunno1

Was trying to buy a year for my grandson. Could not get an answer from Disney how to do this and thank goodness I didn't. Youngest son sent me this article last night.

Disney was hacked. Might wanna keep an eye on things for awhile. Hugs

First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
