Joe get sectioned under the mental health act it is better than freezing in a van over winter , and this one is going to be really cold , go into a government office with a bottle of petrol and pour it over yourself and threaten to light it , i worked for me years ago , got me out of the rut i was in

mental health center and insist on an assessment, then tell
them the truth (your lack of mental and physical ability)

If you are 55 > there are more options.
You are in Etobicoke right ? ?

Had planned to go to lamp today but about 4am last night something startled me, I say up. Found stranger looking in front windshield so decided to stay awake, saw same dude earlier today standing outside in the cold around corner of one of the box stores her so needless to say didn't make lamp today and think I'll stay awake all night to see if he scopes out my van .. hope not but can't be to careful

Peace
