Nah....

he's not like you democrats and communists.

However...if they find dark ally collusion between him and "Compromised Comey"...then maybe they can share a prison cell together when the truth finally comes out in the Lynch investigation...

Even Feinstein wants Lynch and the whole mess investigated....

I think this is because Hillary has become a liability to the DNC and they need her out of the picture. They are losing their bases in droves because of the Whore of Babylon and her big mouth and dirty past...they need to move on and they know it.

Yeah, i hope he does....

It will have no effect on his support, if anything, it will bolster it..

Just fire him. And pass a new health care and tax reform bill on the same day.

Problem solved.

I hope if he fires him he says "Your Fired!" like he did on that reality show he used to be on.

Apparently the US governments official line as tweeted by the president himself is that Donald Trump was a far better reality TV star than Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Such weighty affairs of state should always be reported with accuracy and due respect.

Exactly. It's gotten to the point of insanity. I don't much care for the Dems, but I don't like having an orange turd blowhard for a president either. They say you get a choice with voting, but when the general bulk of the public is too stupid to look past the red/blue paradigm... Here are your choices:

"What will happen if President Trump fires the special prosecutor, Robert Mueller?"

"Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had every right to appoint a special prosecutor, but the president has every legal right to fire him. What would be the consequences?"

"JC Mitchell, Author, journalist, political essayist"
Answered May 19

"If Trump fires the special counsel, Mueller, that Rosenstein has appointed, it will just delay the inevitable. Trump can fire Rosenstein if he refuses to fire Mueller because the ethics laws that we had in place lapsed in 1999, after the Clinton impeachment proceedings. He can fire successively down the line until he gets what he wants…the special prosecutor removed. Congress needs to bipartisanly agree to institute the ethics laws that prevent a president from firing a special (or independent) prosecutor. There is much legal debate about this. After the Clinton impeachment, most of Congress thought that the independent prosecution process had too broad of powers and they feared it worked too well. So they allowed the laws to lapse. The legal debate about presidential immunity could be decided by the Supreme Court, but again that would take a great deal of time. Legal scholars debate whether it is a true separation of powers, and if the president is immune from criminal prosecution by someone like a US attorney or district attorney. Presidents can be charged after leaving office, but only after impeachment, removal of office, or resignation.

So will Trump fire the special counsel? It depends. We know he wants to, as evidenced by his Tweets already. However, would this also be evidence of obstruction of justice, “endeavor to influence, obstruct, impede…” as noted under 18 USC Section 1505? It well could be, since the investigation of former National Security Advisor Flynn is a pending proceeding. If Trump truly asked Comey to step away from the investigation as Comey has allegedly said, it is definitely obstruction of justice, because he knew of the investigation of Flynn before approaching Comey.

Trump could also directly fire Mueller if he repeals special counsel regulations. Read about this here: Perspective | Trump or Congress can still block Robert Mueller. I know. I wrote the rules.

Trump doesn't listen to wise advice, and has been known to overreact to mild incidents, so I would not be surprised if he makes an attempt to stall the investigation, or if he orders Rosenstein to fire Mueller ultimately. If Rosenstein refuses, Trump could fire him, and anyone else down the line until they obey his order to fire Mueller.

If Trump ultimately does succeed in firing Mueller, the media will go bonkers and fallout of epic proportions will ensue. Everyone will speculate that Trump is in fact guilty, because there would no real reason to fire a special counsel/prosecutor unless you had something ugly to hide. At that point I think even Ryan may pull his support because the backlash for the party would set them back significantly in the next primary election. The pressure from media, the opposing party and the outcry would be stupendous. Trump should just settle back in his chair and pray that Mueller uses discretion, because the special counsel has quite of bit of it when informing the Department of Justice of his findings. If he does fire Mueller, it will ultimately trigger a new investigation and a possible lawsuit of whether Mueller was fired for just cause.
It will be an hellacious firestorm for Trump, and if he feels pressured now, just wait."

RE: Will Trump fire Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, just because he can?
Comey admitted in open testimony that he leaked about his meetings with Trump to trigger an independent counsel. Mueller is Comey's butt buddy. It looks to me like there is a conflict of interest.

Trump holds all the cards. You have nothing on him because he did nothing wrong. Furthermore, most people understand all this is being done as payback for losing the election and politicos having their pork feast in DC threatened by this "outsider". They realize that when this is played out, you'll just find another route to "get him". Trump holds all the cards. And what you dont realize is people's capacity to get pissed off because they have had a gut full of this bullshit. You're not going to like what happens when you keep taunting the bull.
